From june 2011 to spring 2012 we are making a complete new tournament software!

What is "CupAssist"?

Since 2006, we have been working on project "CupAssist". CupAssist is a software for sport tournament(*) organizers. This software handles:

  • Self registration of participants by web page! This includes ordering of services and payment.
  • Automatically setup and tranferring competitors into end play!
  • Automatic game setup using a matemathical "engine" developed by norwegian research company SINTEF. This engine is completely unique. 
  • Public showing of results by web pages!

CupAssist is now the most used software for sports tournaments in Norway (about 650 licenses). We also have around 200 licenses distributed in Sweden. 

Why are we doing a complete new solution?

First of all, we want to make a tournament tool which has outstanding functionality. Todays version of CupAssist has a lot of functionality, but it is not very intuitive. And because of programming platform, todays CupAssist tends to be a bit unstable. The last year, CupAssist has got a lot of new functions, and now the software core is up to its limit.

Our main goal?

We shall make this software to be the preferred software for sports tournament (*) in Europe and northern America.

Why do we succeed?

During the past four years, we have delivered CupAssist to 850 different organizers of sport tournament. Therefor, we have got a very deep insight in how this kind of software must work.

All the work we are doing with rewriting CupAssist, is only because of you; The organizers of tournaments! We guess some of you are very interested in the new solution. And whish to follow us in our developement. Hopefully, you have ideas and proposals, which can ensure a state-of-the solution!

(*) With "sport tournament" we focus on tournament where two competitors (players, teams) play against each other.
